Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Free Standard Shipping — On all US orders over $50 (3–5 business days)
• Standard Shipping — $4.99 for orders under $50 (3–5 business days)
• Express Shipping — $12.99 (1–2 business days)

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost, contact us at hello@pawly.com and we’ll make it right.
