Our promise

We stand behind every PetHart product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, reach out via our Contact page with your order number — we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Refund timing

Once your return is confirmed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Wrong size?

If a carrier doesn't fit your pet, contact us — we'll help you exchange it for the right size.
