Refund & Return Policy

Our Promise

We stand behind every PAWLY product. If you or your pet aren’t happy for any reason, we’ll make it right. No hoops, no hassle.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@pawly.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll cover the full return shipping cost and send a replacement immediately. Please include a photo of the damage when you contact us.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or product? We’re happy to exchange. Contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, replacement filter packs and grooming consumables that have been opened cannot be returned unless defective.
